Thousands of Orthodox Poles on Saturday greeted Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill in Bialystok, eastern Poland, on the third day of his historic visit to the deeply Catholic country.

The unprecedented visit of the Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox church, reverend Kirill, to Poland is going to be a historic occasion. The Patriarch will meet with the mead of Polish church and they will jointly promote reconciliation between Russia and Poland.
